Meet the Palmair Crew

We may have a new aircraft, but you'll notice that nothing else has changed about Palmair, most importantly of all, the first class personal service you have come to expect from the members of your flight and cabin crew. We have been offering holidays from Bournemouth for over fifty years, the last fifteen of them with our own multi-award winning airline operation. And our distinctive style of care - recognised as the best in Which? magazine's airline customer satisfaction survey - is just one of the reasons such a large number holidaymakers fly with Palmair year, after year. But there are plenty of others too. The friendly atmosphere from start to finish; the personal touch including seat allocation at check-in and the personal despatch of flights by Palmair staff; value for money; special attention for elderly and disabled clients; crew members who know passengers by their first names; and the highest standards as the rule rather than the exception. It's the little things that make Palmair unique, in this very impersonal, no frills age.

“There’s the usual way of doing things and then there's the Palmair way,” says Aviation Services Manager, Carry Taylor.

“We try to be that little bit extra special on each and every service. We always treat our passengers as we would like to be treated ourselves.“

“Our passengers know that and I think they appreciate it. Keeping it personal is all in a day’s work. There’s a saying that small is beautiful and at Palmair we really believe that.“

On these pages you can meet the Palmair team, some of whom will be looking after you on your flight today.
