“ Located on one of the most beautiful bays in Menorca with fabulous views from most rooms this hotel is a great choice for families and couples alike. This hotel never feels busy despite the fact it is a huge complex. Guests have the advantage of being able to choose if they take their main meal at lunchtime or dinnertime which normally keeps options open for day excursions or eating in local restaurants in the evenings. Guests who stay here also benefit from a good swimming pool, gym and spa, however these are not as large as the size of the complex would suggest. ”

Jane is the resort manager for Palmair in Minorca. She was ‘bitten by the travel bug’ in 1991 and has been working for Palmair since 2000. Jane was a teacher when she lived in England and enjoys cooking, Christmas card making and Sudoku.
An excellent family hotel having a spectacular location directly on the lovely sandy beach overlooking the bay of Santa Galdana with excellent facilities for couples and families alike. The hotel is built into a pine clad cliff and the swimming pool and gardens are accessed from the ninth floor. There is a lift to the beach level and several steps onto the beach. The picturesque port of Ciudadela is around 15 miles away and the local shops and village of Cala Galdana are just a five minute walk. The area is ideal for hikers and the adventurous who will find watersports and a dive centre nearby. Recommended for: Very suitable for both couples on their own or for families; there is a good entertainments programme for all ages. You can get the lift right down to the beach, part of which is reserved for hotel guests. The views from the hotel dining room and bar are superb.
