When you call our reservations team at Bournemouth you can still expect the same first class Palmair service that has been our trademark since the 1950's. You will speak to a real person, not a machine asking you to key in a series of numbers. We are not a call centre, and most of our knowledgeable team have visited the holiday resorts featured in this brochure, they can help find the holiday that's right for you. Our Client Services Department is also here to assist those passengers with special needs, with help and advice when booking their holiday.

FREE seat allocation

At Bournemouth Airport, passengers' seats are reserved at check-in, and there is no extra cost for families to sit together. Our boarding procedure, which Palmair founder Peter Bath introduced, is still meticulously carried out, row by row. It's all very civilised and not the stampede experienced with some airlines.

Quality in-flight service

Let's face it, we all like a bit of reassurance when we fly. It’s something that Palmair has always specialised in, offering that little bit extra in comfort and care. We are proud of our continued reputation for excellent service and the helpfulness of our well trained cabin crew, their prime concern is your safety and comfort.

NO CHARGE to take your suitcase!

Unlike some airlines, we do not charge you extra to take your suitcase with you on holiday.
Palmair allow a full 20kgs baggage allowance per person.

FREE in-flight meals and nibbles

Palmair do not charge extra for in-flight meals. Passengers on all our holiday flights can enjoy a hot breakfast, lunch or evening meal and a choice of tea and coffee with our compliments. We also offer a full bar service, and to get your holiday off to a flying start, when you purchase a drink you will also receive complimentary nibbles.

FREE hotel transfers

Once the aircraft has landed the Palmair service continues, you are not on your own. Our overseas representatives will meet you at the airport and guide you to your hotel transfer. Coach transfers to and from your accommodation are included at no extra charge.

Here to help, not hinder

Our overseas representatives are around throughout your holiday to offer help and advice. They make regular calls at hotels so you can pop along to see them only if you need to. They are not employed to hard sell excursions and you will not be required to attend a welcome meeting.
